Originally, I did not like it that much, I found it rather very boring, until I watched it for the second time alone, without friends. I have never seen such an amazing movie since I saw Heart of the Matter the first time. The acting was brilliant. That tension created by characters draws the audience in from the start. The movie with best storyline ever, best directing and really good chosen cast. You just dive into the world made by the actors and Mark Jean. Heart of the Matter will be forever living movie. No matter how many years passed and no matter how many times you saw it. From the start to the end I was impressed, and if you like well done movies I'm sure you'll feel same. It is one of the few movies of the past years that really deserve to be seen multiple times.

A young cardiologist has a patient with a disability who ends up passing away. She feels responsible for his death. When she visits the mother of her patient to apologize she becomes angry and sues to have the doctor's medical license taken away.
